The Best Regional Practices project was created with the vision of shining a spotlight on companies that don't follow trends, but create them. Every year, we research, analyze, and highlight the most successful, creative, and effective HR projects from across the region.
Whether it's about transforming organizational culture, innovative benefit systems, employee mental health, or digitalizing HR processes, the Best Regional HR Practices project is here to tell these stories out loud.
How do we choose the Best Regional HR Practices?
Innovation and creativity
Projects that think outside the box and bring freshness to the market.
Actual impact (ROI)
Practices that have measurably improved employee satisfaction or business results.
Sustainability
Initiatives that bring long-term value to organizational culture, not just a short-term 'wow' effect.
Adaptability
Ideas and concepts that can inspire other companies, regardless of their size or industry.
The process of selecting the winners combines the expertise of the jury and the energy of the audience. The competition is divided into three categories: small and medium-sized companies (up to 250 employees), large companies (251- 1000 employees), and companies with 1000+ employees.
- Korak 1: The jury evaluates all applications and singles out the top 3 projects in each category. Each presenter is entitled to one registration fee for the HR Days conference.
- Step 2: Finalists present their practices live at the HR Days Conference.
- Step 3: The audience votes through the web application, and these votes are added to the jury's scores to announce the winner.
