Antonija Kapović is an experienced HR leader with more than 20 years of experience, primarily in international technology companies. She is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Bugatti Rimac, where she leads post-merger integration processes as well as organizational and team development.
She has built her career through senior HR roles at Microsoft, S&T, Atento, and Span. At Span, as a Management Board Member and CHRO, she supported the company’s growth from 70 to 850 employees across 10 countries and introduced a range of innovative HR practices, including process digitalization and an ESOP program.
She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Behaviour from Birkbeck, University of London. Her expertise spans strategic HR, culture transformation, and employee development.
