Tina Turk Lupieri is an experienced manager with an extensive career in human resources, strategic development, and business transformation. She currently serves as Human Resources Director at Maistra Hospitality Group, one of the leading tourism companies in the region. Since May 2026, she has also served as President of the Human Resources Section of UPUHH (Association of Employers in Croatian Hospitality).
Previously, from 2006 to 2009, she served as Executive Director at UniCredit Banka Slovenija d.d., where she was responsible for segment and product management, marketing, and new product development. She also built her career in the consulting sector, working as a consultant at Deloitte from 2000 to 2006, advising clients across the CEE region and leading projects in strategic and organizational development, business process transformation, and sales across various industries. She gained further international project experience as a consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (1998–2000), where she participated in business reorganization projects in Budapest and Vienna.
She holds an MBA from IEDC – Bled School of Management and completed the International School of Organizational Development and Mentoring (ISOD), delivered by Aspiria. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Ljubljana.
Drawing on her extensive experience and strategic approach, she contributes to the development of human resources, organizational transformation, and the improvement of business processes.
