Nikola Milosavljević

Nikola Milosavljević believes that the biggest mistake companies make today is spending too much time changing processes and too little time understanding people. He is one of the leading HR consultants in the region, with more than two decades of experience working with people, organizations, and leaders.

He began his career in the media as a television presenter and journalist before making a transition into the world of human resources. After more than ten years at a multinational company, where he held several leadership positions across the region, he is now the co-founder of HR Fabrika, a consulting firm specializing in strategic HR, organizational development, and executive search. He is also the co-founder of O.U.R. HR Association, an independent, non-profit community of HR leaders in Serbia.

Through his work with companies across a wide range of industries, he helps organizations find a balance between business results and employee experience, connecting HR strategy with the real-world challenges of business. His areas of particular focus include organizational culture, leadership, company transformation, employee experience, employee engagement, management development, and the future of work.

He is a columnist for BizLife magazine and the host of the O.U.R. HR Stories podcast, where he speaks with leading regional and international leaders about people, leadership, and the changes shaping the world of work.

He is known for his direct, authentic, and energetic style, free from corporate jargon and pre-prepared answers. He believes that HR should not exist simply as an administrative function of the business, but as one of its key drivers. He also believes that sustainable organizations are built when people have trust, purpose, and the space to become the best version of themselves.

At conferences and events, he often raises topics that challenge conventional thinking and encourage audiences to rethink the way they view leadership, culture, and the future of work. His talks combine business experience, real-world examples, research, and a touch of humor, leaving a strong impression and sparking meaningful discussion.
