She built her career through leading positions in operational management, gaining strong experience in managing complex business processes, organizational changes, organizational development, and business transformation. Before moving into human resources, she was responsible for leading operational teams and actively participated in key transformation projects within the COO function.

Since 2015, she has been active in the field of human resources, covering a wide range of areas from HR strategy implementation, organizational design, and restructuring to talent development, performance management, employee engagement, compensation & benefits models, and leadership skills development. Throughout her career, she has closely collaborated with company management to align HR strategy with business priorities and strengthen the role of human resources as a strategic business partner.

Today, at the ENNA Group, she leads the development of organizational culture, employee experience, and leadership initiatives with her team, with a strong focus on business transformation, innovation, and creating an organization that is a desirable and relevant employer.
