Sabine Engelmann is facilitator, consultant and business-coach in the field of profit- and non-profit organizations. She has been in-house trainer and consultant for DaimlerChrysler Company for five years. Since fifteen years she works freelance for companies from various business areas like automotive (DaimlerChrysler AG, VW AG), engineering (ABB AG, Robert Bosch GmbH), insurance (Baloise Group) and finance (Team Bank AG, Sparkassen Akademie). In addition she offers supervision for consultants and trainers and leads a training for coaches. She holds a M.A. in the Humanities from the University of Munich and is a trained Gestalt-therapist from the IGW in Würzburg, Germany. In her approach to working with people in and from organizations she combines the concepts of Gestalt-therapy and process consultation with a system-oriented view as well as the methodology of these schools.
