Marina Cvirn was born in 1982 in Pakrac. After finishing Hotel and Tourism School, she graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb. Her professional career started in 2006 in German retail company Aldi Süd, in the austrain branch Hofer KG, and in 2007 she moved to Erste Card Club and worked on the establishing of HR management, such as the system of competence and performance management. In 2010 she moved to INA and occupied managerial position and by the end of 2007 she became HR Director.
Since 2010 she is responsible for internal and external reorganization projects, outsourcing and insourcing, development and implementation of performance management systems, career development, changing the corporate culture and the coordination of companies within the INA Group. She constantly works on her personal and professional development and occasionally holds lectures in the field of HR management in collaboration with the professor from Faculty of Economics.
