Hrvojka is a leadership development coach, consultant, mentor, facilitator, and trainer with over 20 years of experience working in various industries.
After completing her psychology studies, she was employed at INA Trgovina as a psychologist. Upon joining Zvijezda and the Agrokor Group, she moved towards HR generalist roles and transitioned to the management team parallel to developing the human resources area within the organization.
Karijeru nastavlja u Iskon Internetu gdje stiče daljnje iskustvo u managementu ljudskih potencijala. Pet godina radila je na Novoj TV kao Direktor ljudskih resursa. Sredinom 2018. godine mijenja branšu i prelazi u IN2 na poziciju Direktorice HR-a, a poslije Direktorice HR-a i komunikacija.
She continued her career at Iskon Internet, gaining further experience in human potential management. For five years, she worked at Nova TV as the Director of Human Resources. In mid-2018, she changed industries and moved to IN2 as the Director of HR, later becoming the Director of HR and Communications. After 20 years of working in various organizations, she decided to embark on the journey of coaching primarily. For over 10 years, she has been involved in the development of individuals, teams, and organizations through additional work. Her main area of interest lies in individual and team transformation resulting from choosing a leadership and coaching mindset.
She is a certified Co-Active coach (CPCC), a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), holds an AoEC Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching, 3Brains Coaching Certification, and Leadership Circle ProfileTM practitioner certification.
