Before joining Falkensteiner Michaeler Tourism Group. Elisabeth Burgis was Regional Business HR Manager CEE (Central Eastern Europe) at Hewlett Packard, a global IT company. In this role she was driving the HR Strategy focusing on talent management, development, workforce planning and organizational transformation and change management. Prior to this she was Regional Talent Manager CEE, European Learning and Development Consultant, and global Project Manager for Talent Programs.
Elisabeth Burgis holds a Bachelors degree in International Business Administration from University of Economics in Vienna and University of Southern California. In addition to that, Elisabeth is a certified Coach, OD Consultant and MBTI trainer. Elisabeth Burgis lives in Vienna, is married and mother of two boys, age 12 and 15.
