While studying sociology, Romanian language and literature at the undergraduate level, he was active in AEGEE (Association des États Généraux des Étudiants de l'Europe) and the Erasmus+ program. His engagement was aimed at promoting intercultural understanding, youth mobility and social action and responsibility among young people in Europe. After completing his undergraduate studies, he completed his graduate studies in HR management.
He started his professional career in the pharmaceutical industry at Berlin-Chemie Menarina, where he worked in the marketing department. After gaining experience, he moved to the private health sector and joined the Bagatin Polyclinic team in the role of HR generalist, and then progressed to the position of HR manager.
Since 2022, Antun has been working as an HR manager at the global digital agency IBM iX Croatia in Zagreb. His main areas of interest include developing and maintaining corporate culture, as well as employee benefits and compensation strategies. He is also involved in the work of the Diversity and Inclusion department, which creates initiatives, learning about diversity and the support that is necessary for a positive working environment and further development of all employees.
