Yiannis Koutrakis has more than 20 years of expereince in the field of Human Resources. He began his career at DHL International where he was responsible for recruitment for the International Airport in Athens the opening of the new airport in Athens. He worked for leading international companies such as Coca-Cola Microsoft and Adecco at the position of Country Human Resources Manager. In 2011 he started working in IBM Hellas at the position of HR Manager and he has progressed to a position of Area HR Leader for Southeastern Europe.
He graduated statistics and risk analysis and has MBA degree. During his career he has participated in various projects (the opening of the new airport in Athens, the Olympic Games in 2004, the establishment of the company Adecco on the Greek market, etc.).
