Viviane Harnois was raised in France and educated in Ancient History and Languages. She has built a career in Human Resources in several countries and different industries such as beauty products, health, IT, retail, aviation and financial services. While working for a very large cosmetics firm in Paris she was the brand “ambassador“ and trainer for North America, the Caribbean and Bermuda.
Working in start-up companies provided her with opportunities to set up HR policies with a clear humanistic philosophy. She holds dear the belief that a humanistic approach to HR is not incompatible with business and profit. Viviane has been involved with all aspects of HR especially with Change, Leadership and Talent Management. Since her retirement in 2010 she enjoys sharing her experience through seminars and workshops in many countries.
