Vera Čubranić works as Human Resources Director at TDR responsible for human resources function in Adris Group’s Tobacco Business Unit. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Development from University of Padua, Italy.
Ms. Čubranić has vast experience in managing all segments of HR function, including defining and implementing HR processes and policies in recruiting, rewarding and development, management assessment and development, managing organizational changes on domestic and external markets, and collective bargaining. She is also teaching at MBA program in Human Resources Management at Zagreb School of Economics and Management and at Experta Business School.
