At Alma Career Croatia, she is currently focused on the topic of employment in the IT industry and finding solutions that will facilitate the employment process for the IT community.
During HRdays, she will engage with participants in a workshop titled 'How to Better Employ IT Professionals.'. Together with HR professionals, they will discuss the challenges of IT employment and provide insights into the behavior of IT experts during job searches.
