Mojca Domiter graduated psychology from University of Rijeka and finished MBA studies at Cortugli Business School in Zagreb. She has extensive experience in HR management, especially employee development, remuneration systems, selection, strategic planning, talent management, change management, and she has accomplished exceptional results in conditions of accelerated growth and organizational changes. Also, she has gained experience in various industries - from telecom, pharmacological industry to FMCG, but for the last 3 years she has been responsible for HR management for the Group which includes international markets, mostly regions of SE Europe and CIS.
