She is currently attending MBA programme at the International Graduate Business School in Zagreb, as well as Strategic Management Programme at Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. For the last 6 years, she has been on the position of HR People Development Manager at Vipnet, where she is leading Employee Development Department. Besides in telecommunication industry, she has gained her experience in human resources management in pharmaceutical industry, as well.
