Lorena Dika finished MA in Human Resources Management in Barcelona and started her career in ARAMARK company in Spain. In 2007 she moved to CEMEX where she led project "Cemex Brine" - 'We are building a healthy and safe future together' " which won Best HR practice award. Since 2011 she works in JGL d.d. and currently holds the position of HR Director. She strategically manages function and sets the processes of HRM controlling, career and resources management, internal assessment center and a center for knowledge management JGL.
