Katerina has started her career in the JTI as HR associate in Ukraine. Since 2003 she was the HR Manager for the markets of Gruzia, Armenia, Moldova, Belarus and Central Asia and in 2006 she was promoted to the position of Manager of Employee Development. In 2009 she moved to Geneva in HR Department, and since 2010 she is HR Manager for Adriatic.
