Jurica Sarcevic, by a graduate bacc. Degree in Economics – tourism, is a member of MojPosao team since 2007. and he is currently working on development, implementation and coordination of several projects and services focused both on employees and employers: „Employee Satisfaction Survey with Best Employer award”, „Virtual Career and Education Days”, „Employer of First Choice”, book „Career” and „Best HR practice award”. Apart from listed, he is also in charge for projects in which MojPosao has a key and/or partner role – „KeyDifference”, projects funded by EU „MojPosao Job College”, „Job Clubs”, „Silver City”, „EmployPWD” etc.
He started his career in tourism sector where he gained extensive experience. Besides formal education, he has a degree and experience in management of EU projects, public appearance, motivation of employees and teams, customer experience management and since recently he is specializing field of human resources management as part of the SELECTIO HR Academy. In 2015. he is planning to enter MBA program - marketing and business strategy.
