Ivan Bilać started his career as a Sales Representative at Zagrebačka pivovara in year 2007. After 2 years he advanced to the position of Sales Trainer, and after that took the position of Education Specialist. In year 2012 he moved up to a new position HR Manager, and from year 2013 he is on the position HR Director. He graduated Economics and continued his education and development through specialized programs in HR management. He has SDI qualification. He is an internal trainer and a coach and also a business partner at the organization with a focus on the commercial sector.
