WORKSHOP: Bootcamp: From 'jada jada' to WOW ads

How many times have you published a job ad full of phrases like “dynamic environment,” “team player,” and “competitive salary,” secretly knowing it wouldn’t make any real difference? If it sounds like everyone else, why would anyone choose to apply to you?

Radionica se bavi jednim od osnovnih zadataka u zapošljavanju danas – pisanjem autentičnih oglasa za posao koji doista privlače prave kandidate. Polaznici će kroz konkretne primjere i praktičan rad uvidjeti da pisanje oglasa nije bauk i da autentičan oglas možete kreirati u svega nekoliko minuta, ako imate prave alate. Poseban naglasak stavljen je na autentičnost, emociju i realna obećanja koja poslodavac može ispuniti.

 In the second part of the workshop, we take things to the next level: from paper to video. In teams, you’ll conceptualize and film a short video that clearly communicates who you are as an employer, without production crews, but with authenticity that can’t be faked. If you want to start attracting the people you actually need, this is the workshop for you.

 The workshop is intended for recruiters and anyone who is involved in writing job advertisements as part of their daily tasks.
