The most important regional HR conference at the end of summer, on September 21 and 22 in Rovinj, will celebrate a special anniversary - a decade of promoting the role of human resources!
Once upon a time, far before the advent of modern navigational aids such as a compass or a somewhat more modern GPS system, all travelers who were determined to pass through the vast expanses of the Roman Empire, no matter how lost they were, could find solace in the generally accepted belief that 'all roads lead to Rome'.
Centuries and countless traffic routes later, it seems to us that the right moment has arrived for a 'redesign', or at least an upgrade, of this famous saying. Today, for example, it could read:
All roads and highways, maritime routes, railways and air lines, even the footpaths that HR professionals tread on, lead to Rovinj, to the HR Days conference!
Audience interest has never been greater!
The jubilee, tenth consecutive edition of the leading regional conference on human resources organized by MojPosao, which has been gathering the HR community since 2013 with the aim of creating unforgettable experiences, reflecting on trends in the profession and exchanging knowledge, will be held on September 21 and 22 in Rovinj!!
As before, the conference will offer fantastic lectures by leading HR experts, diverse and practical workshops focused on the development of professional (but also personal) skills, presentation of the most original HR practices in Croatia and the region, networking with colleagues from the profession... and much more!
The quality of this year's program is confirmed by the never-greater interest of the audience in coming to Rovinj.
Namely, one month before the start of the conference, all seats in the main conference hall were filled!!
For all those who do not want to miss the opportunity to socialize with professional colleagues and network, we have provided a live stream from the side hall of the Lone Hotel in Rovinj, and it is still possible to purchase an online registration fee that allows you to follow the conference from the comfort of your own home or office.
There are few places left, so apply as soon as possible!
World renowned lecturers
The tenth HR Days conference 'under the magnifying glass' will put different forms of leadership, based on recognizing and developing the potential of employees, building friendly relations and encouraging a strong inclusive culture.
We will learn more about these important topics from the world's leading authorities in the field of human resources.
Antoni Lacinai, an international authority and expert in communication, will reveal to us three communication superpowers with which we will simply increase the level of engagement of our employees. "Chief Heart Officer" Claude Silver will encourage you to bring empathy, authenticity and ambition into your organizations, a unique 'director of enthusiasm' Johan Driessens has the answer to the question 'how to win the war for talent?', while multicultural expert dr. Evi Prokopi knows why only responsible leaders can inspire people. Executive trainer and lecturer Daniela Landherr will introduce the conference participants to the cultural transformation in business, and the HR manager Vladimira Senčar Perkov will confirm in her lecture that human potential, just like in the world, 'is only constant change'.
This year's introductory lecture on ‘Leadership: Finding Balance between External Demands and our own Internal Limitations’will hold Vesa-Pekka Kirsi, senior vice president

Workshops, workshops, workshops!
If we have learned anything during all the previous editions of conferences, it is that there are never enough quality workshops! This is exactly why we have prepared a series of useful and practical workshops this year:
- ‘How to win the war for talent? Start keeping your talent!’, Johan Driessens
- ‘Hiring – Culture add or culture fit’, Daniela Landherr
- "Leaders in the age of the Big Quit: Five key skills for leading people", Zvonimir Galić and Maja Parmač Kovačić
- 'What is the connection between leadership and sick leave?'Sandra Ćupurdija and Maja Vučić
- ‘The Levels of Employee Experience in the Hybrid Work Environment’, Nic Vasiliu
During the conference, prizes will be awarded to the best regional HR practices!
It is a recognition of the dedicated and planned work of companies and organizations, teams and individuals who excel in human resources management. Since this year, in addition to companies from Croatia, companies from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia, Slovenia and Serbia have also registered practices.
At the end of the day, there will be HR Nights!
From day one, we have been supporters of the idea that for any success in life and business, apart from dedicated work, good fun is equally important (and often more important). The legendary actor Zijah Sokolović, will ensure a good time and bursts of laughter, who will perform a shortened version of the monodrama 'Lejvo, desno, glumac!' in front of the audience of the conference.
At the end of the first day of the conference, there will be a gathering on the dance floor with the fantastic Ante Gelo and his band, at another unforgettable HR Days party.
Partner of the conference is Algebra, and sponsors LQ, HR cloud, Halpet, Life Friendly Firm, Microsoft, Carlsberg and Lamaro digital.
