After more than seventeen years of working in human resources within the INA and MOL Group, Tome recently assumed responsibility for Human Resources across the entire INA Group, leading a team that covers four countries in the region with over 10,000 employees.
Tome joined the INA Group as a Learning and Development Specialist, but soon transitioned into HR partnering. In this partner role, along with his team, he had the opportunity to provide strategic counsel to various parts of the INA and MOL Group. This enabled him to gain valuable experience in leadership and in creating the best solutions through support to Exploration and Production, Retail, Industrial and Corporate Services, IT, and Functional segments.
