Tanya Šplajt-Brainović leading member of the Coca-Cola HBC Croatia since 2004. She began her career in the field of environmental management, quality systems and systems of performance management, and in March 2010 it continued to build in the area of human resources management. She is responsible for strategic planning and implementation of projects within the HR department Coca-Cola HBC Croatia, Coca-Cola HBC BH doo Sarajevo. She is Assistant Professor at the Universities King's College and Hull in the UK.
