Sue Mathews has a BA in History from the London School of Economics and an MA from Oxford Brookes University. She has spent most of her professional life in Human Resource Management and personal development and training, with extensive experience in the UK, Europe, Africa and the Far East with her management consultancy: TRAINING BY DESIGN. Sue is a Senior Lecturer the Department of Business and Management, in the Faculty of Business at Oxford Brookes Business School. She specialises in Strategic Human Resource Management, performance management, coaching and mentoring, diversity, body language, stress etc. Sue is currently writing another book on workplace standards and performance monitoring.
