Sarosh brings with him twelve years of progressively responsible global experience as an HR Strategic Business Partner. He is a Masters in Business Administration specializing in Human Resource Management and is a certified "Organization Development (OD) Practitioner" from Indian Society of Applied Behavioral Sciences.
He is currently serving as the Global Human Resource Head of ACG Associated Capsules., which is one of the world's leaders in manufacturing of empty hard gelatin capsules. In his current role, he is also responsible for overseeing the People Strategy implementation at ACG Lukaps in Croatia, which is one of the fastest growing organizations of ACG globally.
Sarosh is a strong believer in the power of the human potential to transform organizations. He thrives on playing a strategic partnership role - supporting and influencing senior executive leadership. He has a passion for designing and implementing HR strategies and business processes globally.
He is a keen learner and his current area of interest is to develop a greater understanding of leading teams and navigating in a large, complex and matrix corporate environment.
