Mircea Draja is General Manager of Coca-Cola HBC Hrvatska and Coca-Cola HBC B-H Sarajevo. Before he started working in Coca-Cola, he was general manager of Multon company in Moscow. With extensive international experience and a strong focus on employee development, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina under his leadership became a states which "exported" talents to the other subsidiaries of Coca-Cola Hellenic Group.Mr. Draja devised a stable succession plans in the field of human resources and was one of the key persons in the process of joining Coca-Cola HBC Croatia, Coca-Cola HBC BH Sarajevo into one business unit.
