Jesús Vega worked as director of human resources and the expansion of the Zara - Inditex, the largest and fast growing fashion retail group. His professional career has developed at Hewlett-Packard and Banco Santander (as Director of Human Resources for Spain, Latin America and the United States). Jesús has a law degree (Universidad Complutense de Madrid) and completed an MBA (IESE Business School).
Today Jesus is the most international Spanish speaker and works with the most prestigious companies and institutions in 25 different countries. It is also a visiting professor at business school IESE in Barcelona. Author of the book 'The Sensual Company' which has been translated into 9 languages and published in more than 20 countries.
