Jasna Rilovic, HR consultant, trainer and coach, after years of experience at leadership’s positions in the human resources department, 2014 has founded the company Human Capital which main purpose is to help companies, regardless of their financial situation and number of employees, introduce best practice HR in their business. Her experience, Jasna Rilovic has acquired in large international companies. She started her career at the position of Human Resources Manager in the representation of the French company Renault Nissan Croatia, where she was setting all HR processes on territory of Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
After several years, Jasna Rilovic has continued her career in the American pharmaceutical company Abbott Laboratories where she was responsible for human resources in 18 countries (CIS, Ukraine and EX-YU) and where she had opportunity to establish HR processes and tools in a highly organized corporation. After six years of work at Abbott Laboratories, where she had the opportunity to actively participate in taking the company Solvay, as well as participating in separation of Abbott into two new companies (Abbott and Abbvie), she started to work on the position of HR Director in the domestic pharmaceutical company PharmaS. After half a year, Jasna Rilovic has assumed additional responsibility for Ra-Lu Logistics, a company which is part of Lura Group.
Jasna Rilovic studied social pedagogy. She has additional knowledge of accountant, and during career she was constantly attending numerous educations and training courses. Jasna Rilovic also acquired the title of NLP master, accredited executive coach and got a license for the implementation and the creation of centres for evaluation and development (assessment centres), CCU (Corporate Coach U), Insights and others.
asna Rilovic's long-term goal is to help companies in the creation and development of human resources through the setting of quality HR tools and applying best practices in the development of employees.
