After spending a short period working at a hospital in Zagreb, he continues his career in a telecommunications company where he progressed from an expert to a manager position. Subsequently, he works as a lecturer in a higher education institution and eventually returns to what he loves most, which is working with people. He holds a doctoral degree in social sciences and is primarily focused on working with the Z-generation, mostly within the fintech sector. He is the author of several manuals on customer relationship management and leadership development, and a regular columnist in Croatian business and ICT magazines in the field of human potential development.
