He realizes his desire to work with people by studying psychology, where he is currently a graduate student. He is a certified LEGO SERIOUS PLAY facilitator. He demonstrates knowledge of communication and presentation skills by leading group workshops in the field of soft skills. During his studies, he deepens his knowledge of organizational psychology. He enjoys statistical analyses, and in addition to organizational psychology, his main areas of interest are psychometric tests and creativity tests. He is an occasional columnist and guest in various Croatian ICT, psychological and business e-magazines and podcasts.
