Before developing her career at MojPosao, Antonija graduated in Psychology from the University of Zagreb. Her academic background sparked a deep curiosity for research and a strong interest in understanding human behavior and the ever-evolving dynamics of the labor market. This workshop gets straight to the heart of the problem: why most job ads don’t work and how to change that without excuses about time or budget. Through concrete examples and hands-on work, you’ll define EV - not as just another slogan, but as a real promise you can deliver on and turn it into an ad that has a voice, attitude, and meaning.
In the second part of the workshop, we take things to the next level: from paper to video. In teams, you’ll conceptualize and film a short video that clearly communicates who you are as an employer, without production crews, but with authenticity that can’t be faked.
