As a Recruitment and Selection Project Manager, Ana led numerous executive search projects and coordinated complex projects of examining the organizational climate and culture. Through the Employer Partner certificate, she evaluated the quality of human resources management in some of the most successful organizations.
Given her expertise in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy and many years of experience in psychological counseling, she takes over the development and coordination of Future Resilience program, which has covered over 800 employees so far. In addition to working on the Future Resilience program, she recently took on the role of head of the Assessment department, and through the implementation of the assessment center, she focuses on the development of leadership competencies.
