Awards for the Best Regional HR Practices have been given in two categories

Besides lectures from international and local HR experts, debates on current topics and practical workshops, our HR Days story is enriched with another element that we definitely cannot leave Rovinj without..

Our story is slowly coming to an end and we bid farewell to 12. HR Days conference. This year's two-day gathering brought together over 600 HR professionals from Croatia, the region and around the world who, once again, joined us in beautiful Rovinj. In addition to lectures by foreign and domestic HR experts, debates on current topics and practical workshops, our HR Days story is enhanced by another content that we definitely cannot leave Rovinj without. Of course, we are talking about the recognition of The best regional HR practices.

Alma Career Croatia, which manages the MojPosao portal, has been awarding this recognition since 2010. Over the course of fourteen years, almost 320 practices have been reviewed by our jury. This year's expert jury included Vanda Lugarov from Alma Career; Iva Lopac Butorac from Erste & Steiermärkische Bank; Anamarija Minarski from Hrvatski Telekom and Mario Jušić from Globalna hrana, and they had a slightly different task this time. Instead of five finalists, this year the jury had to choose ten finalists. More precisely, they had to choose five best practices in the category of small and medium-sized companies and five in the category of large companies.

According to their judgment, this year's finalists in the category of small and medium-sized companies are: Nestlé Adriatic, TOPLICE SVETI MARTIN d.o.o., Poslovna inteligencija d.o.o., Imaco Systemtechnik d.o.o., and Cenosco Croatia d.o.o. In the category of large companies, the finalists are: Infobip, Colas Hrvatska d.d., Fortenova grupa d.d., Cemex Hrvatska d.d./Studenac d.o.o., and Carlsberg Croatia.

The audience cast their vote

To assist the jury in selecting the best ones, we added an extra member to the evaluation panel - our audience, whose vote for the first time carried 50% of the total score. Before the awards ceremony, representatives of the HR departments of the companies that entered the finals gave short presentations, which were followed by audience voting.

Here are the final results:

In the category of small and medium-sized companies, the main prize went to Imaco Systemtechnik d.o.o. for the "Family is Future" project. They were followed by Nestlé Adriatic with the project "Nestlé support for the family" and Terme Sveti Martin with their project "Summer party thanks to the team", both with the same number of votes.

In the category of large companies, the winning trophy was taken home by COLAS Hrvatska d.d. for the project "Praise Road". Second place went to  Carlsberg Group Croatia with the project "Upskill", while third place was awarded to the collaboration between CEMEX Hrvatska d.d. and Studenac market d.o.o. for their project "Employers together in a mentoring program for women". Congratulations to all the winners!

This year we were also joined by partners Algebra, Employer Partner, and Deep Project, as well as sponsors Somersby and SD Worx Croatia.
