What can you expect at the workshop titled “Benefits on Trial: From Cost to Strategy”

If benefits don’t change employee behavior, it’s hard to say they serve any real purpose. And without a clear purpose, HR is not managing one of the key business risks: turnover, burnout, declining productivity, and rising healthcare costs.

In most organizations, benefits are still just a list of perks. At best, they function as an administrative tool. Rarely are they what they should be — an instrument for making business decisions.

This is not another HR workshop where we simply talk about benefits.

This is a business challenge where we will turn benefits into strategy. Through teamwork and real business scenarios, you will step into the role of management with a clear task: make decisions that change employee behavior and directly impact business results. Because in the end, the real question is not what you offer employees, but whether you are solving real challenges or simply financing them.
