Zachary leads the European business of Denison Consulting, a pioneer in connecting organizational culture, leadership and organizational effectiveness with business results. He supports Denison's clients and consulting partners, including Razum, to achieve maximum impact in transforming organizational culture.
He currently lives in Zurich, Switzerland and previously worked at Denison Consulting's global headquarters in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Michigan and a master's degree in human resource management and organizational development.
