What can you expect from 'Attraction through Total Rewards'
This presentation is a deep dive into the practical aspects of total rewards and the ability to create attraction through different reward strategies. The main question the keynote aims at answering is: How to create an attractive total rewards strategy to retain and attract the talent you need the most?
We will first address the topic in a holistic way, by covering a concrete end-to-end process for total rewards, from understanding the needs of your employees and your strategy to delivering an attractive offering. We will discuss how total rewards link to employee experience and employer brand, and how to best leverage the company strengths in formulating an effective total rewards strategy.
Second, we go through the strategic decisions organizations need to make when building their total rewards systematically. Decisions are needed to focus the strategy, distinguish themselves from the competition and create real life tangible benefits.
Throughout the presentation, we will cover practical real-world examples from numerous leading companies, to showcase how different approaches can be used to build retention and attraction. The idea is to provide a toolbox for the creation of one’s own strategy for total rewards
