Tina Turk Lupieri is a seasoned executive with over two decades of leadership experience in human resources, strategic development, and business transformation across multiple industries and international markets. She currently serves as Director of Human Resources at Maistra Hospitality Group, one of the leading hospitality companies in the Adriatic region, where she plays a key role in driving organizational growth, talent recruitment and development.
Prior to her current role, she was Executive Director at UniCredit Banka Slovenija d.d. (2006–2009), overseeing segment and product management, marketing, and innovation in financial services. Her earlier career includes pivotal roles in top-tier consulting firms such as Deloitte, where she led strategic and organizational development projects throughout the CEE region, and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, where she contributed to major business restructuring initiatives in Budapest and Vienna.
She holds an MBA from IEDC – Bled School of Management, has completed the International School of Organizational Development and Mentoring (ISOD) by Aspiria, and earned her degree from the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana.
