Rajka Marković is involved in organizational and manager development through coaching, mentoring, individual counseling and training in leading telecom, pharmaceutical and financial companies in Croatia. After graduating psychology, she enrolled to postgraduate study in the field of organizational psychology.
She is certified by European Mentoring and Coaching Council and is engaged as guest lecturer at the Organizational psychology course. She enriched her formal education through many professional seminars in the domain of HR management, strategic leadership, project management and change management. She has gained broad experience in people, process and resources management as Director of HR sector of national airline company.
