Nina currently holds the position of HR Business Partner for Operations at British American Tobacco, at the factory in Kanfanar.
After completing her studies in economics and business management, she began her career at the tourism company Uniline in Pula, in the human resources department, where she was involved in establishing fundamental HR processes and expanding the company into foreign markets. She further developed her career in a multinational contact center with a primary focus on new recruitment and selection methods, onboarding, and employee development.
Over the past two years at BAT, Nina has been involved in the transformation of the factory into one of the strategic factories within the group and actively works on continuously improving HR practices.
