
Nataša Jakovac Borojević is the Director of Learning and Development in Human Resources at Zagrebačka Banka. Inspired by the rich heritage of a learning organization, Nataša drives the further development of hybrid learning methods, designs various programs and initiatives in talent development, leadership development, promoting a culture of learning democratization, and with a particular passion, combines learning with well-being programs. Her innovative solutions have been recognized by the profession, awarding her the Employer Branding Award for the most innovative EB initiative in 2023 – Zaba Kids Week.
She began her career in the commercial sector of The Nielsen Company, the world's largest firm for information, data, and market research. Nataša spent 10 years at Nielsen before joining Infobip, where she worked as a learning and development expert, designing and implementing numerous projects and initiatives. Over 20 years of experience taught her that excellent business results stem from outstanding and innovative HR practices and that a continuous readiness for learning is the best competitiveness, both for individuals and companies.
She has delivered over 400 days of classroom training and mentored new trainers, and she is in the process of certification for coaching. Nataša graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb with a specialization in Marketing, and she has continued her education and certification in various fields. She is currently completing training in Logotherapy, the third Viennese school of psychotherapy, and will soon graduate with a thesis on "Using Logotherapeutic Methods in the Prevention of Burnout Syndrome in the Workplace."
Nataša’s eternal inspiration lies in the beloved people surrounding her, trips to nature, Japan, philosophy, and neuroscience.
