
Mojca Domiter joined Atlantic Grupa in 2011 as Executive Director of Human Resources and leads key initiatives in the areas of culture, leadership development, and people-related processes. She came to Atlantic with extensive professional experience in the pharmaceutical and telecommunications industries, having previously headed the HR departments at VIPnet and JGL Rijeka. Throughout her career, she has worked across a wide range of areas, from sales and customer support to people development. However, the majority of her career has been dedicated to designing people strategies and processes, with a focus on the overall employee experience. At Atlantic Grupa, together with her team, she implemented group-wide performance management, talent management, and reward systems, contributing to a significant increase in employee engagement and strengthening Atlantic Grupa’s recognition as an employer of choice. She holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Rijeka, completed an Executive MBA at Cotrugli Business School, and has pursued further executive education at IESE Business School, London Business School, Ashridge, and Harvard University.
What can you expect from the panel "The Position of HR on the Board: The Reality of Practice"
This panel brings together HR managers who are also members of their organizations’ management boards - professionals who daily balance business strategy with responsibility toward people. Through personal experiences and concrete examples, we will discuss the evolving role of HR at the highest decision-making level, the new responsibilities that come with such a position, as well as the challenges and pressures HR leaders face as part of the executive team. The goal of the panel is to open an honest and realistic conversation about the true impact of HR at the board level, without idealization, but with a clear focus on the future of HR leadership.
