Marko Šagi is a graduate economist with more than 17 years of experience in sales, project management, and leadership positions. After serving as Sales Manager at the company Mobilisis d.o.o., in 2019 he joined the company Seyfor Hrvatska as Director. Since joining, he has successfully transformed the company from a start-up phase into a recognizable provider of complex business solutions, with a team of over 30 employees.

As Director, he has built a strong and competent team that is crucial to the company's leading position in the segment of business software solutions for micro, small, medium, and large entrepreneurs. Within the Seyfor Group, he oversees the company's business activities and aligns processes within the Seyfor Adriatic Group. He actively develops partnerships with affiliated companies to ensure the highest quality of service for users.

At the company Seyfor Hrvatska, in collaboration with an external HR partner, he initiated and implemented a detailed structuring and systematization of job positions, including the grouping of positions, defining competencies, seniority levels, and linking them to salary ranges, which enabled more efficient human resources management and the company's adaptation to the requirements of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
