He has gained extensive experience in UX and market research across various industries by participating in numerous research projects. He’s a big advocate of human-centric design, and his passion lies in understanding human behavior and prioritizing user needs.
Currently, at Alma Career Croatia, he focuses on employment in the IT industry and finding solutions to streamline the hiring process for the IT community.
During HRdays, he will engage with participants in a workshop titled 'How to Better Employ IT Professionals.'. Together with HR professionals, they will discuss the challenges of IT employment and provide insights into the behavior of IT experts during job searches.
