What you can expect at the workshop: “From Directive to Practice: How to Prepare for the EU Pay Transparency Directive?”
The EU Pay Transparency Directive brings significant changes for employers, from clearer job evaluation criteria to new reporting requirements. But where should you start? How do you align job classification, pay grades, and the data you already have (or don’t have)?
In this workshop, we will go through concrete steps for alignment with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, drawing on the example of the company Seyfor Hrvatska. The focus is on practical application: from adjusting job systematization, linking it with seniority levels and salary ranges, to automating reporting with the support of a software solution.
The workshop combines short expert insights, group work, and a hands-on demo, helping participants clearly understand their current state and the next steps in preparing for the Directive.
What you will learn in the workshop:
- Brief introduction to the EU Pay Transparency Directive
What is specifically required from employers, key deadlines, and where practical challenges most often arise (data, criteria, ranges, and documentation).
- Job classification in practice – Seyfor Croatia case study
How job classifications are adapted: grouping roles, titles, competencies, seniority levels, and linking them to pay grades and criteria.
- Assessing readiness for the EU Directive
Quick mapping of your current situation and identifying key challenges within your organization.
- Small group work on key Directive challenges
Addressing practical questions and dilemmas that arise in daily HR and Compensation & Benefits practice.
