She completed her studies in psychology and law, combining both areas of expertise in a career focused on human resources. She began her professional journey as a consultant at Ramiro, where she worked on various organisational development and human resource management projects. At the same time, she held a legal role, dealing with internal labour law matters within the company.
She has been part of Infinum since 2022, starting in recruitment. As of 2024, she leads the employee learning and development area, which is also her main professional interest and field of expertise. Additionally, she is a member of the strategic team that oversees all people-related topics within the company—from hiring and compensation planning to internal optimisation and professional growth.
