
Danijela is a consultant and an ICF-certified coach with many years of experience in human resources management and organizational development. She holds a degree in Psychology and integrates psychological and coaching perspectives in her work, drawing on experience gained through regional, senior HR roles in international organizations.
She has advised organizations and led initiatives across key HR areas, including recruitment, performance management, leadership development, and reward and benefits systems, as well as in the context of mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Danijela is also a partner at CoachiEfy, the first local platform of certified business coaches.

Imagine HR speed dating—but instead of dates, we discuss employee development! Through this highly interactive format, participants will explore how HR approaches key development processes in practice: competency development, learning and development, career progression, and employee engagement.
Through experience sharing and hands-on exercises, we will uncover unconscious patterns in HR communication that can unintentionally limit employee autonomy or lead HR to take on responsibility instead of employees. Participants will co-create concrete, practical approaches based on mature, clear communication that encourages accountability and builds a true partnership between HR and employees.
This workshop is designed for HR professionals at a minimum of mid-level seniority. It is inspired by Lucy Adams’ HR Disrupted model and enriched with practical elements of transactional analysis, combining experiential learning with actionable tools you can immediately apply in your organization.
