Antonio Matković

Antonio has lead and developed cooperation with the public sector for the past 10 years at SELECTIO and is one of the founders of the Institute for Labor Market Development. He has a wealth of experience in developing programs and projects aimed at the labor market, education system and social policy in Croatia, with over 20 projects in cooperation with the private, public and civil sector. During his lecture, Antonio will present opportunities for the development of innovative practices for attracting and developing future employees, using EU funds, and providing examples of a number of projects that they are about to start implementing, in which SELECTIO and the Institute for Labor Market Development play a key role.

Such projects provide support services to the HR function in relation to workforce planning, selection of potential employees and their further education, employer branding for the public sector, social responsibility of employers, and additional training opportunities for employers, all funded from individual projects.
