What can you expect from the workshop - “Employee Turnover Risk – Witch Hunt as an HR Process”?
This workshop will focus on identifying and managing employee turnover risk in order to prevent “quiet quitting” before it becomes a problem. If employee turnover feels like a mystery and exit interviews aren’t revealing the full picture, it’s time for a deeper analysis.
Through structured satisfaction surveys, we will uncover hidden signs of dissatisfaction and potential departure trends. However, instead of engaging in a “witch hunt,” we will focus our attention on prevention.
Through dynamic group activities, participants will explore key factors that influence turnover, identify causes of dissatisfaction, and collaboratively develop actions that will help retain talent and ensure team stability.
