Ana is a psychologist and cognitive behavioral therapist with many years of experience in psychological counseling who started her career in the SELECTIO Group as an executive search lead and coordinator of organizational climate and engagement research projects. Through the Employer Partner certificate, Ana gets insight into the HR systems of some of the most successful organizations, and through the Future Resilience program, she educates and supports almost 1,000 employees. Motivated by the discovering and developing potentials, Ana becomes the Head of the Testing and Assessment department and leads Belbin tests for the Croatian market along with numerous assessments for succession planning and executive search projects.

The focus is on concrete HR challenges: how to assemble a successful and balanced team, how to identify and constructively resolve conflicts before they escalate, and how to improve communication between different work styles and personalities.
Participants will receive practical tools for identifying team roles, structured conflict resolution, and strengthening collaboration in their daily work.
